These are our terms and conditions of sale to which all online purchases are subject. If you have any questions about this website or your order, you should find the answers here.
Price Information
All prices are correct at time of display online. In the unlikely event of an administrative error resulting in an incorrect price being displayed, we will email you and ask if you would like to proceed with your purchase at the corrected price. We reserve the reserve the right to cancel the transaction if you do not wish to proceed.
Ordering Goods
Our online store can accept orders originating from and for delivery to UK and worldwide. To purchase online simply click the "add to cart" button on the product information page. After making your selections use the 'View Cart', or 'Checkout' "option link. You will be able to review and amend your order before proceeding through the checkout stages. We will ask for details of your billing address - this MUST be the address at which your Credit/Debit card is registered - and email/phone contact details so we can contact you if we need to discuss your order as well as keep you updated with the progress of your order.
Finally we will ask for details of the Credit/Debit card you wish to use to make your payment. Clicking "order now" will generate and transmit your order and display a page confirming the details of your order for your records. If you need to amend your order after it has been generated, please contact us either by email (info@sportinglegendsonline.co.uk) or telephone 0044(0)1619622288, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. If you place an order through our web site, we will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to you using the e-mail address you supplied when registering with our website.
No contract will exist between you and us for the sale of products by us to you until your credit/debit card has been charged. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your order and to have been effectively communicated to you. Please note that the only language in which the contract can be concluded is English. Details of your order will be retained in our database and these details can be made available on request.
Payment
We accept payment by all major credit or debit cards with the exception of Diners Club. Payment will be debited to your account before the despatch of your purchase. Customers who would like to pay for goods by cheque should make cheques payable to Sporting Legends (I) Ltd. Please allow ten working days for cheque clearance.
Delivery of Goods
We can deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and worldwide. Your order will be delivered either by DHL or Royal Mail or an alternative courier at our discretion. A signature is required for all deliveries. Please view our dedicated page to shipping and returns.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges for all our items are cleraly stated on each product page. For a complete breakdown on the various delivery charges, please view the Shipping / Returns page. All items will be sent using a "signed for" service, and the delivery charge will vary for all international orders.
Delivery Times
Deliveries are normally carried out Monday to Friday during normal working hours. Should you require a special delivery such as before certain times of a day or on a Saturday an additional charge will be applicable. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. From the receipt of your order we will endeavour to dispatch your chosen items to you within 48 hours providing the goods are in stock. Framed items may take considerably longer to dispatch, as we frame all these items to order.
Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives the Courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.

Unwanted Goods
If you decide that you do not want any item which we have delivered, provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including in its original packaging), along with the wrapping and delivery note (as proof of purchase) within seven days of delivery, we will exchange it or offer a refund. Methods of return are as follows:
i) By Post. You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting (available from all Post Offices at no charge) when returning items by post to our Manchester office. Simply return the item to us for a replacement or refund. Unfortunately we are not able to provide this service for special orders (Bespoke products).
iii) Collection by us. Where there is no fault found with the goods, we do not refund delivery charges and may charge for collecting the goods if they are not sent to our Manchester address.
This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights. If you post the item to us, or we collect it, we will endeavour to send you a replacement or refund your payment, within 14 days.
